My name is Sharon Thompson, and before founding Eden Ways Transport, I spent sixteen years as a Business Systems Analyst on a Patient Identity Team, where I supported the integrity of patient records and collaborated with clinical and operational teams to improve patient care. That experience gave me a deep understanding of healthcare operations, patient privacy, and the importance of dependable service.
Today, Eden Ways Transport combines that healthcare experience with my commitment to exceptional customer service. My mission is to support hospitals, specialty pharmacies, healthcare providers, and patients by delivering transportation and logistics solutions that improve access to care, strengthen continuity of treatment, and enhance the patient experience.
